EUROPENS DELIVERY & SHIPPING:


Most orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. We do not ship orders on weekends or Bank holidays.



UK ORDERS:


FREE First Class Royal Mail delivery is available on all items, which will generally arrive within two business days after posting.


Royal Mail Special delivery Guaranteed Next Day is also available on most items, however, is subject to an additional postage cost of £9.95, or FREE with any order over £100. A signature will be required for Signed-For and guaranteed delivery services. Next Day delivery means orders should be delivered by 1pm the day after dispatch. Please note that we do not offer Saturday Next Day Delivery – Orders placed on Friday (after 3 pm) and over the weekend with Special Delivery should arrive on Tuesday, depending on stock availability.


Please note that when sending lighters, we only offer DHL Express, which is a Next Day shipping service. Although these items do not contain any gas, Royal Mail has deemed them to be hazardous. This service costs £14.99.


You are able to choose the service that best meets your needs at the “checkout” stage when ordering.

Please note that these shipping times are based on stock availability and cleared payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Simply add the items you want into your shopping cart, and you'll be given shipping options and prices at checkout. We provide three international shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Standard Airmail (Not Tracked), which usually arrives within 7-10 business days,* (Only available on items under £30)

  • Royal Mail Tracked/Signed For, which usually arrives within 5 – 7 business days,*

  • DHL Express, which usually arrives within 2-3 business days*

*International delivery times vary based on stock availability, cleared payment, and country order is shipped to.  

Any orders over the value of £30 may not be eligible for international Standard delivery rates, and we may only offer the International Tracked/ Signed For shipping service or DHL Express. This is to ensure that your order arrives safely.

OOPS! I GAVE YOU AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please contact us at customerservice@europens.co.uk immediately if you realise that your shipping address is incorrect. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we should be able to correct it before it is shipped.

If you order is shipped to the incorrect address, it is usually returned to us by Royal Mail. Please note that this can take several weeks. Once it is returned to us we will refund you for the cost of the products less the original shipping charges. If it is a personalised item, we cannot refund this and we will contact you to attempt a re-delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you.

NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?

Please contact us at customerservice@europens.co.uk should you not receive your order(s) by the expected delivery (as shown at the time you placed your order). It is likely that there is a small delay in transit, however, if you can confirm that the shipping address you have supplied is 100% correct, we can rule out any problems. We would also ask that should this be a business address that you please check that your mailroom staff/colleagues are not holding this order for you.
