This is the WATERMAN press bladder converter for vintage waterman fountain pens.
History:
The WATERMAN Pen Company is one of the few first generation luxury fountain pen companies remaining. Founded by Lewis Waterman in New York 1884 (now based in Paris, France). The L.E. Waterman company developed the first "spoon feed" system in 1899 which prevented ink from overflowing from the pens. This newly created technology was swifty awarded a gold medal of excellence at the "Exposition Universelle" in Paris (1900)
